Terms of use

In force from 10 October 2026. By opening a page of this site, creating an account or taking the plan, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This is information, not advice. Nothing on SpyForecast is a recommendation to buy or sell anything, an offer, or a forecast. Trading options, stocks and futures can lose you more than you put in. You alone decide what to do with your money.

1. What the service is

SpyForecast publishes data series that describe how the option market is positioned for ETFs, stocks and futures — gamma exposure, option walls, implied volatility and the like — computed once a day from end-of-day data, together with pages and a chart viewer to read them. Part of the site is open to everyone; the rest is the member area. “We”, “us” means SpyForecast, spyforecast.com, operated by Sayed Mohdy in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

2. The figures

3. Your account

4. The data-file plan

5. What you may do with the data

6. The site as it is

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. It may be down for maintenance, a nightly update may fail or be late, and features may change or be taken away. We give no promise that it will be uninterrupted, accurate or fit for your purpose.

7. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss you suffer from using or not being able to use the site, including trading losses and lost profit, or from a mistake or a delay in the figures. Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have by law that cannot be taken away, and nothing limits what we owe if we are at fault for something the law does not let us exclude.

8. Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing it or by taking the data in bulk, and we will say why when we can. You may stop using the site whenever you like.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Alberta can hear a dispute about them — without taking away a right that consumer law in the place where you live gives you.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site afterwards means you accept the new version. Questions about them: the support page (or support@spyforecast.com).
