Everything on the site is open to everyone — you do not need an account to use it. An account keeps your ★ list and your alerts, and it is what the data-file plan is attached to.

Creating an account and signing in

• E-mail and password (8 characters or more), or Google where the sign-in box offers it.
• The same box switches between Sign in and Create account.
• If you were sent here from a page, you are taken back to it after signing in.

★ list and alerts

Star a ticker in the Scanner (or add it on the account page) and it stays on your list on every device you sign in on. The account page lets you choose what you are told about, and whether the changes also come by e-mail.

Downloading data

There is no download page. Open a ticker in the Viewer and press ⬇ Data at the top: you get that ticker's files, one at a time or all in one .zip. The files are the one thing that needs a plan — when you press ⬇ Data the page tells you what it costs and takes you to the payment. The AI-ready report in the same panel is open to everyone.

Billing

• You pay on a secure payment page, in US dollars. The plan renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the account page. Your first payment is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days — see the refund policy.
• Manage billing opens the payment provider's own page: change the card, download invoices, cancel.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the paid period ends.
