👥 Members — who is subscribed
The owner's page: how many members there are, who asked for the plan and is waiting, who is overdue, and one row per account with the buttons to switch a member on, end a plan, give a short pass, leave a note, or disable an account. Only an account marked admin can open it.
The six tiles
| Tile | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Members | How many, and how many are monthly or yearly. |
| Income, per month | An estimate from the plans (monthly × price + yearly × price ÷ 12), not from payments. |
| Accounts | All accounts, with new ones in 7 and 30 days. |
| Waiting for the plan | Asked for it and not switched on yet. |
| Renewals | Due within 14 days · overdue. |
| Seen in 7 days | Accounts that came back this week, and how many files were downloaded in all. |
New accounts, week by week
A small chart of sign-ups per week — the quickest way to see whether a post, a mention or a change did anything.
Payments
Everything Stripe tells the site, newest first: a new member, a renewal, a plan that will not renew (or renews again), a renewal payment that failed, a membership that ended, a refund, a dispute, and a payment with no account (someone paid with an e-mail the site does not know — nobody was switched on). The ones marked ● need you: answer a dispute on Stripe before its date, grant or refund an orphan payment, cancel the subscription of a refunded member if the plan should end.
Each one is also e-mailed to the owner — node tools/users.mjs owner <email> on the server, otherwise the first admin — once the site has a mailbox (node tools/users.mjs mail …). Until then they are only on this page.
Asked for the plan
When automatic payment is not used, an account can press Get the member plan. It appears here with the date and a note. Write back with how to pay, then switch it on below.
The accounts
Filter with the buttons Everyone · Members · Overdue · Waiting · No plan, or search an e-mail or a note.
| Column | How to read it |
|---|---|
| Account | The e-mail; tags for admin and G (signs in with Google); the note under it. |
| Status | Member (monthly / yearly / plan not recorded) · Waiting · Pass (the Viewer until a date) · No plan · Disabled (cannot sign in). |
| Signed up · Member since | The dates. |
| Paid until | The end of the paid period. Overdue if it has passed. |
| Last seen | Updated at most every six hours. |
| Files | How many files they downloaded. |
The buttons
| Button | What it does |
|---|---|
| + 1 month · + 1 year | A payment arrived: the account becomes a member and its paid period grows by a month or a year — from the day it would have ended, or from today. |
| End | The membership ends today, and the period that was paid for ends with it. |
| Pass 7 d · End pass | The Viewer for seven days, without the plan and without downloads. End pass takes it back. |
| Note | A line only you see — how they paid, who they are. |
| Disable · Enable | This account cannot sign in any more (or can again). |
A routine that works
- Open the page: any Payments marked ●? Any Waiting? Reply, then + 1 month / + 1 year when the money arrives.
- Filter Overdue: renew, or End.
